On the organization of training: on a ten point scale – 10.

Have the confidence to proceed with the customers.

After the training I could find an individual approach to each client competently present their proposals.

Tim House:
Accessible presentation of the goods and presentation of various techniques in sales. Comfortable furnishings and location. Most useful for me at the training – to work with the claims, three Oh technology, ways of asking questions.

Received the rules and methodology for training. Think of informational material, write training, spend in their company. Great friendly atmosphere, a structural approach, the availability of information.

A positive experience, the training was quite thought out in stages. The sequence of all necessary tests had been observed in such a way that the logic of learning traced. Coach – Alexander Obrezkov – has sufficient coaching skills.

Useful: SPIN technique, technique matters. With proper alignment of the issues there is no objection. Statement of benefits, problems and situations. It was interesting, instructive. I liked everything.
